For Employers and Career Services Today

The AACE Conference Planning Committee has lined up a fantastic full day for our 2011 Winter Conference hosted this year by the Hendrix College.

Social Media: The Reinvention of Recruitment

The morning workshop will be presented by Matt Kaiser, Vice President of NAS Recruitment Communications. Matt helps leading organizations uncover their unique brand identity; implement ideas to improve their candidate experience and incorporate innovative sourcing and social media strategies to creatively attract top talent. He will speak on discovering unique approaches to building an innovative and effective social recruiting strategy for your organization.

Technology and Social Media

The wrap up session will be presented by Luke Irvin, Founder of Irvin Media and Co-Founder of Conway CoWork.  Luke will be discussing those parts of his industrious career in the technology field and will explore various types of technologies in social media today.  Luke is an avid programmer in the Objective-C language and also develops iPhone and iPad apps.
