SouthArk’s Fall Job Fair is sponsored by the National Emergency Grant/Arkansas Sector Partnership grant.  It is a forum that provides students, alumni, and the community at large an opportunity to network.

Registration website or additional information: Businesses participating in the event must pre-register by going to our Virtual Career Center at collegecentral.com/southark and registering as an employer or by calling Grace Palculict, Career Counselor, at 870-875-7288, no later than October 10, 2016.

Those seeking job opportunities are asked to bring current resumes and come dressed to impress.  Those needing assistance in preparing a resume or portfolio may contact Grace Palculict or attend a resume workshop on October 11th from 9am to 2pm at the Conference Center.  The resume workshop will also include an opportunity for participants to take part in mock interviews, receive advice on how to dress, how to make proper introductions, and much more.  For more information about the resume workshop or any other details, contact Grace Palculict.  Both the resume workshop and job fair are free and open to the public.

Brooks Harper, a motivational soft skills speaker, will present valuable information during the Job Fair from 12:15pm to 1:15pm.   Mr. Harper is a career development expert and interview coach who will inspire listeners to take the necessary steps to realize their life and career goals.
